STEP BY STEP
Inspect the Leak
Once we've contacted you and gotten your information, we'll request an appointment to inspect your home's roof at the site of the leak. We normally need to see it from the top and bottom, which means we'll need access to your home for 5-10 minutes to view the affected area.
Receive a Quote
After we've inspected your home, within 24 hours, we'll send you a free estimate along with a detailed scope of work indicating what we believe will be the best solution for you and your property. We can normally honor the price on your quote for up to 21 days, giving you time to decide.
Mobilize
Once you accept your quote, we put you on our schedule and get ready to go! We'll procure whatever materials are necessary and assign a labor crew for your job. At this time, we'll also coordinate with your HOA (if you have one) to handle whatever extra paperwork they may require.
Repair Deficiency
Once everything is ready, we show up to your house and get to work! Every repair is different, but the vast majority only take a day or 2 to complete. Your dedicated Project Manager will communicate all the details to you and send you progress photos as we go.
Understand Inspection Report
After the job is complete, we conduct our own Courtesy Inspection Report. After tearing off a section of your roof, we learn a lot of valuable information about the state of your roof system and pass it along to you so you can better prepare for the future.
Get Your Warranty
After we leave, we don't disappear. We're still fully responsible for the repaired area on your roof for a year or more, so if you encounter any problems (which is rare), we'll be there to fix it. And if it's our fault, it's totally free of charge.
