Service Description

Have a professional take a look at your home's most important structure: the roof. A certified roofing contractor will come to your home and inspect the quality of the entire building envelope to ensure that it's in good condition. Any negative findings will be addressed within the Inspection Report. Our Roofing Inspection Report includes the following: + 45 megapixel images of significant weak points or locations on the roof + Infrared survey of entire home to check for moisture and potential sources for leaks + Written report certifying the condition and life expectancy of the roofing system + Recommendations for repairs that are necessary with full breakdown of price and location + Sample estimates for work needed on the roof + Any extraneous information an insurance company may require or ask for + Peace of mind over the condition of your roof We require a $50 deposit to book your appointment and then a $200 fee for the Electronic Inspection Report.

Cancelation Policy

In order to cancel or reschedule a booking, please contact us directly. Deposits are nonrefundable, but may be applied to a rescheduled booking.
